Connect in Claude

  1. 01

    Open connectors

    In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector.

  2. 02

    Add Vrobo's server

    Paste https://backend.vrobo.co/mcp as the server address.

  3. 03

    Sign in to Vrobo

    Claude opens Vrobo's sign-in. Log in as an owner or manager and approve access.

  4. 04

    Start asking

    For example: list my active flows, or draft a campaign for VIP customers about the winter drop.

What your assistant can do

Flows

List flows, read a flow's activity, create a new flow or update an existing one.

Campaigns

List campaigns, create a campaign draft, check results and send it when you approve.

Templates and products

List and create WhatsApp templates, browse products and Shopify segments.

Using ChatGPT

ChatGPT can connect through the same MCP server address where custom connectors are available on your plan. The sign-in and permissions are the same as in Claude.

You can disconnect at any time from your assistant's settings, and API keys for other MCP clients can be managed in your Vrobo account.

Can the assistant send messages without me?

Sending a campaign is a separate action. Review drafts and only approve sends you're happy with.

Who can connect?

Account owners and managers. Agents can't grant MCP access.
