Who you pay
On Vrobo's monthly plans you connect your own WhatsApp Business account and pay Meta directly by card, at Meta's published rates. Vrobo's plan price covers the platform, calls and SMS; it doesn't add anything per WhatsApp message.
On pay-per-order, messages go from Vrobo's number and are included in the per-order price.
