What's in each plan
- Growth: zero-fee WhatsApp setup, omnichannel inbox for WhatsApp, RCS and SMS, standard promotions, lead segmentation, e-commerce tools, 24x5 email support
- Pro: adds multi-step drip campaigns, an AI agent for FAQs and products, campaign analytics, unlimited broadcasts and on-site opt-in widgets
- Business: adds a dedicated customer success manager and 24x7 priority email and chat support

The costs on top of the plan
WhatsApp messages are charged on top of every WATI plan, and the price varies by country. On Pro and Business, each extra team member costs $89 a month, and automation and AI usage are sold in packs of 1,000 credits.
So a team of four on Pro pays the plan, plus extra users beyond those included, plus credits once automations run at volume, plus messages.
