Fake update detection

Catch delivery reports that didn't really happen

Some failed-delivery reports are true and some aren't. When a courier says the customer refused or couldn't be reached, Vrobo asks the customer directly and flags the ones that don't add up.

How it works

  1. 01

    The courier reports a problem

A status like customer refused, phone off or postponed arrives from the courier.

  2. 02

    Vrobo asks the customer

A WhatsApp message asks whether the driver actually called or visited, with simple buttons.

  3. 03

    The answer is compared

If the customer says nobody came and they still want the order, it's flagged as a fake update.

  4. 04

    You act on it

Push the courier to re-attempt delivery, and use the flagged list to compare couriers and drivers.

Why it matters

Save parcels you'd lose

A customer who still wants the order gets it, instead of you paying for a return.

Hold couriers accountable

A record of reports the customer disputed turns arguments into data.

Protect your rating

Customers whose delivery was skipped blame the store. Reaching out first keeps their trust.
